This private villa in Mastichari is blending clean geometric lines with organic textures, inspired by Mediterranean simplicity and coastal living.
It is a play of simple volumes which creates a series of spaces, some sheltered and some exposed. This isn’t just aesthetic; it’s a functional strategy to create natural shadows, reducing solar heat gain while creating a dynamic play of light and shadow that changes throughout the day and provides meaningful indoor and outdoor living.
